Remember that we will be holding our Second Annual Social and AGM for our FODL (Friends of Deer Lake ) members. This is our chance for all our participants to see what is going on with our beautiful lake, voice concerns and meet other residents in our lake community.
Like last year we will BBQ up some hot dogs and Hamburgers. Might even be some ice cold beverages waiting for our guests to quench their thirst. Anyone that wants to bring snacks i.e cookies, cakes or any other tasty delights you are more than welcome.
The event will be held at Pete Benninger’s beautiful location (see directions)
Travelling west from Highway 11 go 13.9 K on Boundary Road to Summer Road.
There is a BENNINGER sign on a Tree and a 911 ground sign (# 3256).
Turn right. The cottage is about 2 K in.
Just follow the Benninger signs right to the Cottage.
When: Saturday September 4 2021 from noon until 3.00p.m.
We will have a 50/50 draw with proceeds going to our Lake.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIRS
As we have to purchase our food requirements please reply how many guests will be in your party so we have enough food for everyone. We know it’s the Labour Day weekend and many of you will have friends and family up for a visit . These folks are Friends of Deer Lake and are more than welcome.
Please let us know if you will be attending-last year we had 44 people and your FODL committee is hoping to smash that attendance record!
